What is TermSheet AI?

TermSheet AI is more than a PDF to Excel converter. It is an AI-powered document extraction tool that transforms complex PDFs, images, and scanned files into structured Excel data. It supports custom terminology translation and standardized output so you can process invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and other business files more efficiently.

Supported File Formats

• PDF - Portable Document Format files
• PNG, JPG, JPEG - Image files
• TXT - Plain text files (currently limited support)

Up to 3 files per run, with a 20MB limit for each file

Data Privacy

Your files are processed securely and are not stored permanently. Uploaded files and generated Excel outputs are automatically deleted after 1 hour. We do not retain or share your data with third parties.

How It Works
